The merger between TrustBuddy International AB (publ) ("TrustBuddy International") and TrustBuddy AB (publ) ("TrustBuddy") pursuant to the merger plan that was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on October 15, 2014, and approved by TrustBuddy International's General Meeting on November 17, 2014 is expected to be registered by the Companies Registration Office on Friday 13 February 2015.
As a result of the registration of the merger, TrustBuddy International will be delisted from Nasdaq First North.
