this was the 3rd ship Qin Hai- trucking began 8-24-11 after the 2nd ship Loreto departed ca Aug 7 2011
12-21-11 ship cancelled when govt prematurely cancelled permits nationwide due to illegal mines -so had to go thru extra audits due to illegal mines in spring 2012 -then Bao waited until they sent finished steel products to LA to save on shipping
now shipping is much cheaper due to low oil prices but not a ship in sight -Mr Murphy never sleeps
