the bashers point was unnecessarily in attack mode- the basher had no need to say ''completely inaccurate''- its not completely inaccurate because a license,especially an exclusive license- IS a partial ownership interest,whether conditional or not

NNLX ''has'' the exclusive license - the point is NNLX receives the revenues -probably by contractual right -esp since this is a public company, so scrutiny would occur if the license was withdrawn

so the basher could've noted the difference between ''having'' a license- which is a conditional ownership interest for as long as the license continues- vs the primary ownership of the patent holder- without the usual character assassination or attack mode the basher usually seems to use -

an attack mode designed to inflame the board and set off a chain reaction as it did- causing me to have to weigh the severity of many tos violations without totally destroying the board -which perhaps is the bashers purpose -

i warned the basher many times re these tactics yet he boldly persists w these assassination tactics and repeatedly excoriates me privately also -why would intelligent entities do that unless they were getting paid for the uproar they create and perhaps for posts that directly link to the bashers posts, responding to these inflammatory tactics and reference the poster,as articles in my sticky claim is bashers purpose,because the article says some bashers get paid for such direct links and references

so reminder- posts should be about the company in a non-character assassination mode-not other posters - mine is only public here because the basher has repeatedly ignored my private warnings in a highly inflammatory way by repeatedly attacking me privately--and when i get around to it i will remove the worst violations -when the reactive posts violate tos also that makes my job that much harder-as everybody has a game and bashers love threatening mods
