No one sees it as a downside. I'm thrilled they are doing it and coping so well with a business that is exploding in growth. As far as credibility goes that's another matter altogether. The fact that the share structure has barely been touched (<4% over stocks 2.3yr history) and the TA has remained ungagged I don't see credibility as an issue.
Those that want to make it one (not saying you) are doing so for other reasons. Besides, they put 30,000,000 shares (reasons) on the line to make a declarative statement. I believe them. They will get the audit done and do ~$10mm in revenues as promised.
They have nothing to gain if they don't. No dilution here, no 504's, no hidden share structure and they'll lose shares the voluntarily surrendered if they don't. My kinda guys!
