The settlement wasn't $100,000. The loan was that amount. Bodie felt they were owed 65 million shares at a par value of .001 based on the terms of the loan agreement. That equates to $65,000 or 162 million shares at .0004. But I think there is something bigger going on here. Bodie agreement reinstated to its entirety?... Think about it...
