No offense taken Sunny... while may be meaningless, I was just responding to a post by redspeed and thought would also note KMA Global is 19 years old as of this month. I'm expecting a proxy and have no worries about it or its timing... far as I'm concerned a proxy and a meeting go hand-in-hand...
