The Autorité des marchés financiers has granted an extension, and also issued a Management Cease-Trade Order (MCTO). Sofame requested the MCTO prior to missing the January 29, 2015 filing deadline for its audited annual financial statements, management discussion and analysis ("MD&A"
and CEO and CFO certifications for the year ended September 30, 2014. The MCTO will remain in place for a period of sixty (60) days, during which time Sofame must complete the audit of its financial statements and related documents.

The initial 2 systems have the capacity to heat 57,000 barrels of water per day which equates to 2,394,000 gallons. The total dollar value of the contract is confidential, as are the names of the end-users, who are major petroleum companies.

Efficiency is an important cost consideration in the oil and gas fields, where tons of fuel must be trucked to remote areas over rough terrain.
