announces that it has terminated and revoked its agreement for the sale of exclusive rights to the AAGP(TM) Blood Preservative Applications (the "Agreement" to Intrepid Innovations Corporation ("Intrepid" . The Company delivered a notice of termination and revocation to Intrepid on October 27, 2014, with revocation effective as of October 10, 2014, due to the failure by Intrepid to fulfill its payment obligations to ProtoKinetix under the Agreement.
