What a bunch of baloney. You guys actually give credence to this story. Give me a break. Let's see. The government agency that licenses (or not) these applicants decides on a three day weekend to "leak" a story that one of the applicants has been rejected not to the applicant but to a rag newspaper that has spent months trashing the same applicant with bogus stories. I find it difficult to believe you are falling for this stuff.
