I look at the recent Globe drama like this, FITX trades on the OTC, an SEC governed exchange. You can rest assured that the SEC has looked at FITX just like the other MMJ companies that began trading back over a year ago. You would also have to assume that with the recent bashing from the Globe the SEC has again looked at FITX and found nothing or the stock would've been halted long ago.
You have to ask yourself who would you trust most, the SEC or the Globe! Someone from the Globe will be going down soon enough, not worried one bit! Someone is getting paid and they'll find out who's paying who soon enough, it's coming so if you read this ( Globe employee ) you better keep your head on a swivel because they're coming!
