“Churchill Lloyd Corporation announced that its Joint Venture Agreement with MindPix Corporation was mutually agreed upon to be cancelled today, April 4th 2012.

Churchill Lloyd wishes to announce that it never received any consideration or compensation, either monetarily or by way of stock in MindPix Corporation or Emax Corporation as agreed under its Joint Venture Agreement. Co-Chairman, John Benson, said today that Churchill Lloyd was regretful that the agreement could not be finalized owing to certain time lines not being met and personal indifference’s between the parties. Mr Benson wished Roxanna Weber and MindPix all the success with its endeavors in the future in its music and women’s football league investments.”
