MRIBrocks, the existing conversion shares have been absorbing very well into the market with the current pps and share structure. In fact, the amount of those shares were far greater then what Bodie now has in inventory. I would expect Bodie to sell the shares systematically in order to maximize proceeds. Not even sure they would sell them all as they seem to have a history of retaining shares according to filings.
A mechanically elevated pps, via an RS, is not sustainable without verifiable proof of significant changes in financial condition of a business. The pps will imediately start dropping again with that situation, especially when accompanied by conversion share selling. Bottom line, there is very little room for the pps to go lower at this point. But with an RS, there would be a lot of room. Bodie is not stupid. I don't believe they would dump the shares all at once.
