is pleased to report the results of its positive Feasibility Study ("FS"

for its 100%-owned Molo graphite deposit in southern Madagascar. The FS was prepared by DRA Projects (Pty) Ltd. ("DRA"

and is based on metallurgical test work conducted by SGS (Lakefield) Canada Metallurgical Services Inc. This test work included bench, pilot and variability tests. A National Instrument 43-101 technical report relating to the FS will be filed on SEDAR within 45 days of this news release.
