RE financials Bob had- in posted emails etc- indicated he would file financials after this last dec 31 qtr-a lot of things have changed recently due to negotiations with and buying of ore by Bao and now... I dont know -other than his reported excitement over Nasdaq discussions w counsel--but I'm still trying to open his eyes to the situation many incur when pps is less than 1/8th of its high and people didnt sell Jan-Mar last year because they were relying on his statements of a major move very soon etc.

Many are reportedly waiting on the sidelines for financials before buying and financials would, as we've noted, ease broker restrictions-at least thats what brokers tell me. 

We should hear about relationship w Bao in a PR soon-from the recent angling and Baos coming back for another round and the chummy pic of Bao Brazil Pres/Bao U.S manager Zhao and Bob superscribed w a Mar 29 date-provided after Bao came back-these are all indications they have reached an agreement at least in principal-

and Bob had noted before Bao came back (if you've got your ears on) that other steelmakers etc were interested in some type of JV or whatever before Bao came back (shorters were telling people it was over w Bao while simultaneously repeatedly removing my posts re Bao coming back)-hopefully this time w something acceptable to Bob-so things can be solidified and tell stockholders up front in a PR with the conclusion of a quiet period resulting from hopeful completion of negotiations
