today announced that Sunoco Partners LLC, its general partner, has declared a cash distribution for the fourth quarter 2014 of $0.40 per common unit ($1.60 annualized) to be paid on February 13, 2015 to unit holders of record on February 9, 2015. This represents a 5 percent increase over the third quarter 2014 cash distribution of $0.3825 per common unit ($1.53 annualized) and a 21 percent increase over the fourth quarter 2013 cash distribution of $0.3312 per common unit ($1.32 annualized). This is the thirty-ninth successive quarter the Partnership has increased its distribution.
