today announced that on January 30, 2015, it filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Apple Inc. in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. The complaint alleges that Apple products sold in the United States utilizing the Apple Lightning® power supply adapter system, including most iPad®, iPhone®, and iPod® products, infringe the Company's patented intellectual property. This lawsuit represents Comarco's most significant enforcement effort to date, and demonstrates the Company's ongoing and accelerating efforts to methodically pursue those companies that the Company believes have infringed on the intellectual property estate that the Company has developed over the last 20 years.
