(NYSE: WDR) today reported fourth quarter 2014 net income of $80.9 million, or $0.97 per diluted share, compared to net income of $74.6 million, or $0.89 per diluted share, during the previous quarter and net income of $78.8 million, or $0.92 per diluted share, during the fourth quarter of 2013. The third quarter of 2014 included a charge of $7.9 million ($5.0 million net of taxes, or $0.06 per diluted share) to recognize the impairment of an intangible asset.
