Its solutions include structured wiring, security and access control systems, lighting, HVAC and environmental controls, energy use monitoring and reduction systems, and distributed audio/video systems. The company offers wired and wireless technology for single and multi unit new construction and existing buildings, using traditional component and Windows 7 Media Center based systems. It serves residential home owners, developers and builders of single family and multi-unit developments, and commercial business customers. The company was formerly known as Elgrande International Inc. and changed its name to Intelligent Living Corp in July 2007. Intelligent Living Corp was founded in 1998 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
