(Pink Sheets: RNDR) announces the appointment of Allen J. Schwalb as an Outside Director effective immediately.
Mr. Schwalb, Founder and President of Star Partners, has financed more than seventy (70) major Hollywood Motion Pictures, plus Broadway shows, and numerous sports franchisees. His credits include movies from the James Bond, Superman, and Rocky franchises, as well as blockbusters like Thelma and Louise and Rain Man. Mr. Schwalb has also owned several professional sports teams and was responsible for raising $100 million to fund the Sports Museum of America in New York City, the world's first and only interactive multimedia sports museum and hall of fame. “We are thrilled to have Allen join our Board as an Outside Director.
