today announced that the underwriters of its recently closed public offering of common stock have exercised in full their over-allotment option with respect to 450,000 shares of its common stock, representing an additional 15% of the number of shares previously purchased in that offering. The company received from the transaction net proceeds of $22.5 million prior to offering expenses. The closing of the sale of the over-allotment shares to the underwriters was completed today.
