The Company finalized its agreement to incubate the first of many new ventures. On August,4 2014, V Group, Inc. formally entered into an agreement with Fernhill Beverage, Inc. (a Nevada Corporation) to assist in the development, incubation, launch and growth of a beverage focusing on the child and youth markets. V Group will be supplying seed capital, as well as guidance in the development, production and introduction into distribution of the new brand. In return, V Group will be receiving a sizeable amount of equity in Fernhill. Both Companies feel the youth market is a section of the industry that is grossly underserved.
