The share price was bound to bounce with the fall all the way to sub penny, that being said I believe the timing of the recent PR along with the bottoming process completing is why the share the price has gone up with most of that being attributed to the wording in the PR. The new CEO of FITX made it clear that there would be no reverse split, he also indicated that Cen Bio was in the process of spinning off and was being audited ( while naming the auditor ) as part of that process.
The following may have been the most important statement from the PR,

I want to personally thank you for being a shareholder in Creative Edge Nutrition, Inc. I particularly appreciate those whose loyalty has kept them on board through the ups and downs of the past year; you have not gone unnoticed or unheard.
This statement I'm sure was reassuring to many and may have been in part for the recent run up which I expect will continue in the coming days!
