Just because you promulgate your opinion does not make it correct. I can show that Institutional Investors do at times invest in penny stocks. The one I speak of was @ approximately .0002 when the original investment from Marshwinds Advisory Company occurred.
When proof you are not correct can be shown from their website continuing to state an obvious falsehood is not only illogical but a very silly thing to do.
You do not speak for every Institutional Investor and therefore are not in a position to make the blanket statement you made.
