Interesting chain of events in the past 3 days. New board members are added, a new webpage, several hundred thousand shares traded and the price has risen. Questions that first came to my mind: With the addition of the new board members, were stocks 'purchased' at a set price (allowing board members access to XXX number of shares at the current sell price at a future date)? The webpage is professionally done but does not currently contain relevant information about the site development; is it possible that a JV Partner has entered the picture and will establish the ground rules for operational control of the mine? Something IS happening. I favor a Joint Venture approach with a company that has the capital, the knowledge and the equipment to turn this puppy around.
