In my opinion this settlement is very good news as it eliminated a 1 million dollar potential liability! It also stopped additional legal costs on this matter. IMO, this agreement also confirms Bodie is not trying to bankrupt the company. I seriously doubt they will dump the shares into the market any time soon. I would expect a promo instead.
