Isn´t usually the market the objective judge who decides or determines the price (as result of hard positive or negative facts) - even if there sometimes may be some (rather minimal) influence through manipulators (Hedgefonds, MMs together with their employed bashers)?
IMO convincing quality, compelling strength, particularly regarding numbers, all together transported by a high-level-IR (which regularly is open, honest and ready to inform and explain) usually provide a strong pps ... most of those virtues are claimed re. NTEK but are either not proofed or not existent, unfortunately - may be possible once upon a time but so far mostly wishful thinking of us shareholders ...
