Agreed one hundred percent on all accounts. I would rather Dave be a productive member of society rather than incarcerating the people that actually did something so minor that it really shouldn't even be on the radar.
To me, the banter that these tools use in regards to Dave's legal trouble is comparable to the tools that mock people for their financial situations. But, that's the problem with the internet. Even the biggest jackasses have access to type crappy things to people.
