i think they are taking her up (resets)
but it's so *calculated* and methodical
as to be barely noticeable (except what they have to *mark*
and those %s not so easily CONtrolled at this point in time)
as i noted to another investor this morning ..
they have 3 options >> (sux to be them this *round*)

1 is to try and do a controlled run
but their dilemma there is 2 fold ..
how do they control the greed factor
that exists via ihub's *momo* crowd
and imo no investors will sell sub 20c
(if you notice for months on l2 .. the line
in the sand <placeholders> sits @ 19 and 35
(reminder >> they almost *lost* 20c last Aug
specific to the 5 and 10 year NYSDEC permits issued)
2nd is to stall (and take her up slowly) .. imo
this is what they are doing .. but it's so minute
most can't see it .. they can do this stall till the K
is filed >> inundate this *board* >> could be the plan from now till EO March
that stall (volume done over 6 weeks approx) may well be
used for the raid on the K @ EO March .. because odds are the K will suck
and god knows their predictable patterns' played out previously (prior undertaking)
last option is to *raid* her (reset 52 week low of 5c) .. their problem
as so many longs' recognize .. is they can't get anyone to sell and
every legit bid is duplicated .. which is again why i suspect they are
going the stall route while taking PTOI up so slowly it's barely noticeable
i will never rule out mgmt giving info b4 expected ... because i do think
the 120 days was a smokescreen to be utilized if needed
but i can't help thinking that this is all being set up for the WOW factor in mid May
aka sequence of successive material events that can't be misinterpreted by the troll du jour
national engineering co. 8k'd with intent articulated
settlement signed off of
annual filed
pilot completed with deal/transaction consummated
and Q1 (Jan thru EO Mar) *known* via filings
it's also the perfect time for RH to hold a CC
to set up imo the BoD (or at least some of them) and give a date for the AGM (imo mid to late June)
i also think the crew knows their time is running out ..
i'd expect vitriol will ratchet exponentially ..
