Oh, wow! Hmmm... That is a tough one for a number of reasons, including that due to my respect and consideration for a large number of shareholders of PVEC, engaging in any type of public activity that would further add to the tumult that has existed for so long is something I just will not do.
That said, XNRG is not cursed by being subject to a crusade by a scorned individual or group of individuals that possesses inside or sensitive (detrimental) information about the company or its management. The damage suffered by the company and its shareholders resulting from this crusade is incredible. That is not to say there is not some legitimacy to the angst, but...
Those individuals that spend an incessant amount of time bashing XNRG, spewing their misinformation, diatribes and outright lies in their efforts to obfuscate what is really at play here, for the most part earn their living by doing such. Or, are so full of one's self that he/she honestly thinks that taking threats and insults to a public forum because he/she was rubbed the wrong way will cause others to buckle or bow down. There is nothing whatsoever legitimate about what they say and argue; they pose no real threat to anyone but themselves. Unlike the aforementioned crusade leader(s).
Xun & Jerry are very much committed to carrying out endeavors to the letter of the law. From what I have seen during my apx. 18 months of being here, the actions that are taken (and attempted) are those of a CEO and a company that give great consideration to how each movement will effect the company and its shareholders not just now but in the future. Perhaps even especially in the future. It is very easy to ascertain by reading the plethora of public information available coupled with communications with the company and its CEO that each action that is taken is such that legitimacy is never a question.
One does not have a magic ball to stare into and therefore cannot predict whether an outcome will be commensurate the time and resources invested (Rice for example). Jerry doesn't stop. And I am truly convinced that he will not cease in moving forward until the Xun rises!
