i actually listened to 2 quarterly CCs tonight
one was the successful early adopter approx 3 decades ago
in her day a monster (newly emerging disruptive tech in an totally new sector aka internet)
they surprised to the upside today and increased their cash div
the other IPO'd last year >> street did the usual >> took care of the ole boys
ran IPO to approx 95.00 .. then *reduced* YOY %s >> till pps got to about 25.00
last Fall >> which is when i added because i know the *streets' (collective) drill
i know both of these co.s exceedingly well
3 decades old tech has a SS that can be measured in the BILLIONS
and Cash equivalents equally *impressive*
last year's IPO >> has a SS that measures approx 150Million
last year's IPO >> is still *proving* >> proof of value (aka proof of concept)
and their guidance re: being *profitable* runs out to another 2 to 4 years ..
the algos that work stox for X entity on the big board .. was desperate by analyst
? no 6 (out of 17 analysts' ?s on the call) to reverse a 2+ ah's (above 38.00)
this is a disruptive tech in an emerging sector that gets *air* time on financial networks almost daily
and they are still (not always) having to provide *proof of concept*
they too are a monster in the making
this is the real world
the best service any P2O investor can do for themselves .. is listen in on disruptive techs' CCs
it's not just the *lingo* that goes hand in glove .. it's also understanding
*realistic time lines*
and the reality that almost every P2O investor today >> will know far more
than the analysts who cover her >> post uplisting (if path pursued)
and yep .. one actually has to give contact info to listen into these CCs
.. CONtrary to what the *crew* pollutes (lies about) regularly >> there
