They dont know anything-they dont even know the things they think they know (and they will discover that soon enough I promise) but they are encouraged by lack of financials and cwrn is 1 of rare few pennies w strong enough fundamentals to survive many milkings so its a target-most other pennies I was in were destyoyed by shorters but once they destroy they can no longer milk for profit -so they prefer a stock like cwrn they can repeatedly milk
re financials -in fulfillment of a Nov 2010 PR re uplisting to otcbb and THEN NASDAQ Nasdaq requires 2 years financials so when bob talks about 2 years financials thats what he's referencing -at least in my communications-
that doesnt mean waiting 2 years for financials -for they already have at least 1 yr presumed audited as part of uplisting process and SHOULD already have 2 years audited financials-
if u read the previous posted emails from bob re these things u will see he planned on posting financials after the dec 31 qtr-to include the dec 31 qtr-for i presume they needed the dec 31 qtr to have 2 years audited financials since the last posted filings-so I was expecting him to follow thru on that -
if he doesnt its either because bao considers that confidential as part of nda until negotiations are concluded or something else
-including his wanting to reward previous rodeo riders w more time to buy in to make up their previous losses-but that begs the question -without participating brokers u cant buy the stock and current financials is 1 thing brokers repeatedly mention to me to take cwrn off their brokers restrictions on buying-
plus those who relied on Bobs promises last spring and therefore didnt sell w the crowd are often way underwater and some of them are in critical life situations where they could lose their homes etc -so not right to take from paul to pay peter-
and posting financials does not prevent previous rodeo riders from buying -just gives them more brokers where they can buy-and they've had as long to buy as everybody-but bob nees to be reminded -so for those who havent already done so remind bob of these things-its riduclous for a stock w much stronger operations/fundamentals than 14months ago to have a pps only 1/8 of what it was 14 months ago--pps at a PE of 15-20 should be ca 3.5- 4.5 cents
