yes I've read it-the anti business political environment had become so blatant that dtc etc actions etc and maybe sec actions or lack therof in greenlighting dtc /brokers etc to attack with impunity could be successfully challenged in court or at least be made a political liability -and in an election year those who created the anti business climate against pennies and other things are now modifying their positions at least until after the elections because they have to win elections to carry out their agenda
