Just for some clarity. An rs for the most part....95 percent of the time in my view is a bad thing.
But, that said, you must consider that if a company is doing two things which can be proven, then it can be a good thing.
Number one: They must show increased revenue, along with growth in the financials without dilution of any significance.
Second: The reason for the rs, MUST be to uplist to a higher exchange to get away from the penny stock madness.
In my view, a share buy back along with a rs is the BEST case as it shows that the company and the shareholders are willing to invest in the future with the company. But, that is just me.
It does look to me that J.R. is trying to do all the right things to move forward and is not looking back. That in my thinking is a good thing.
