$HALB based on increased volume, and rumored news in next week or so, this could move soon. First level target .30 with a top target from $1 -$1.25. They are the manufacturer of unmanned drones. Moves very quickly on volume. Been follwing this stock for more than 6 months. They have an operational consumer division which most drones companies are just establishing now.
