Even with the shift to processor sales eighteen months ago, there has been no information. Somewhere the company is stuck in this latest business plan shift and shareholders don't know where. Is the company stalled because they can't find any potential customers to call or is it that the customers they contact all balk at the poor results shown, the price or what?? Mr. Heddle is tight lipped. If the customers balked at something then we could try to figure out why. But in this vacuum of information, all we can do is speculate. The way to resolve this would be for the company to be transparent...but they're not talking even though transparency showing good results would benefit everyone involved.
