No I've never bothered asking them anything because of all the responses I've seen them give other investors. Every post I've seen that had a response from IR showed really snarky, obnoxious, and completely unprofessional answers, and we get enough snarky, obnoxious, and unprofessional posts from others around here. I didn't need any more non-answers from IR. Seemed like a waste of time to write them.
I will say I used to work very closely with an IR team at a previous job, and they took their communication and responses *incredibly* seriously because they knew they were writing to the owners of the company. This was not happening from this company.
I really do like that they are not announcing anything R&D-wise until it's released. That is one of the smartest moves I have seen in a long time. No more ammo for the people bashing the stock nor ammo for those trying to pump it. I'm very impressed so far with the new CEO. He seems to be doing things the right way.
