This isn't a total "buzz kill", Meow. Moving NTGL into the purchased shell allows it the opportunity to release the audited financials sooner (presuming they are complete). That's a shareholder benefit which may come to pass in the next quarter.
Also, as content is added to Ultraflix and the (unaudited) financials are released showing (anticipated) increased revenue, NTEK will continue to demonstrate investor value. The share price may naturally follow in an upward direction.
In the end, the audited financials open up institutional investor doors. If the money flow is ever going to really increase there needs to be more than retail dollars investing here.
