and stay about 5 steps ahead of masters' minions "
Being "five steps ahead" allowed the longs to ride the stock from $7 to $0.0825. Let's see...
[ ln($0.085) - ln($7.00) ] divided by 5 steps = -0.8882.
exp(-0.8882) is 41.1%.
So each "step ahead" is worth only 41.1% of the previous stock price or about a 58.9% decline in the stock price. Maybe it would be worth considering what really constitutes a "step ahead."
If any of you *really* want to be one step ahead in your DD, you can e-mail the company and ask if the company has found any situation where the process can convert any feedstock into an oil worth more than the feedstock fed in. I noticed my suggesting that question gets a number of retorts but it appears none of the longs posting here care to know the answer to that question.
