Veronica, with all due respect, white collar crime and conspiracies involving venture capitalist, financial institutions, market makers, etc., are a fact of life. Ignoring that they exist allows them freedom to enact substantial harm to the investing public. Stop blaming Margrit for everything. The TFCH's are the ones driving the pps down!!! Margrit (Marani Brands) are not making enough revenues at this point to pay the debt, so she is forced to issue shares when debt obligations are due. The lower the pps, the more shares that the TFCH's get! That's the TFCH's motivation to drive down the pps! For the more shares they get, the more shares they can dump on the market to drive the pps down even lower! At some point they will turn this around and make profits in the other direction. This activity is not new to the market and has been around for a long time! We all have a choice to either ignore it, be apart of it, or do something about it. I choose the latter. It's a morals/ethics/karma issue in my book!
Until proven guilty, the Margrit bashing on this board needs to stop!
