I think they learned from their past. Press releasing to much too soon. Setting deadlines that were not entirely thought out.
The difference is they had nothing back then when they started out and im sure a learning curve was involved in developing these products always is.
They had supply issues because their sources were weak. Im glad they didn't go with Hargett he wasn't going to do much for the image of the company IMO.
They may have abandoned the CBD capsules entirely because they were going to make better margins on the Tinctures and Eliquid.
Those Caps looked like they weren't cheap to produce now that I look back on it. Just speculation there.
Not excusing what happened but the past but maybe simple growing pains..
