Highlights of CEO letter I like best with comments.

Besides an obvious good idea this news confirms to me NTEK is
still in healthy financial shape or they would never be implementing
this campaign at this time.
> "Coming acquisitions that will differentiate ULTRAFLIX from its
competitors." This is the beauty of this baby when you've got the
lead market position in a new category. You can tweek it any
number of ways to continue to get the most bang for the buck.
NTEK is learning fast about this !
> "New channels to ULTRAFLIX coming." Once again this is
all about tweeking for the most bang for the buck.
> "2015 Business Plan and revenue forecast coming from new CEO"
Expect this "forecast" to be 'conservative'. Seeing how NTEK blew
their 2014 forecast with all the delays and changes I'm sure this
new CEO will want to gain credibility with shareholders back and
so will guide conservatively so that they can BEAT expectations
going forward.
> "Several New Products in R&D stage." Their is so much technical
expertise and experience in NTEK management. They will never
stop thinking up new products for the marketplace...
Bottomline for me is just focusing on ULTRAFLIX. When you
realize the massive growth of 4K TV adoption in the coming months
and years coupled with the fact ULTRAFLIX will be on virtually every
4K TV well before this year is out, coupled with the rapid growth of
content on ULTRAFLIX , imho there's just no way NTEK cannot
succeed at this business model if they just do a half way decent
job of managing it...Stock price will follow accordingly...
All that said the stock price is still stuck in a long downtrend even
in spite of the recent pop on the restructuring news.
The ALL IMPORTANT BREAKOUT PRICE IS NOW ".044" .
We will know NTEK is ready to shine with a long run of higher highs
and higher lows when it finally breaks thru the .044 level....glta
