Tutter 18, the chart looks excellent with a fine line of support at the 18-20 level. However, the battle can only be won with a positive news release which I believe will be shortly forthcoming. Otherwise, stagnation will take over. Right now the train is on the track and ready to roll to the famous 25th street station. All we need is a gentile push by Mr. Schneiderman and the SCRC share holders . SO lets go go SCRC!!
