Hey Jay......did you actually expect old Retired to understand what is going on legally...lol? Get it.....4retire, oldtimer. ALSO NOTICE THAT HE USES TMM AND NOT TMMI....THAT TELLS YOU HE IS A HATER.
If you read his post on Ihub about the recent court hearing, he spouts the same BS as he does on this board. Anything he can construe as negative towards TMMI he will do it.
I don't believe he is a big stockholder
may have less than 25K shares, but that's it. Why would anyone be up on some ladder at a refinery on the day the big news with Raytheon was released and the stock shot to .25, and he claims he couldn't sell. He has said previously he would sell at .15.
It's all BS....he is a hater, but alot slicker and more concealed and stealthy than that frucked up dude. He tries to make us believe he cares about TMMi's future success, but I don't buy it one bit. He got screwed by his own greed and stupidity, and now he has a vendetta against the company even though management and advisors are completely new. He would love nothing more than to see the company go belly up.
