Seems with Mr. Reid cutting the proxy mail out dat

Seems with Mr. Reid cutting the proxy mail out date back that it cuts back the time frame that shorty will have to cover. If this is the case , very smart move on Mr. Reid's part !!! Not so much for shorty !!
