eXp Realty Announces 2015 "Icon Agent" Program
Eligible Agents to Earn 100% Cap Relief in the Form of up to $16,000 in Public Company Stock

eXp Realty International Corporation (OTCQB: EXPI), the Agent-Owned Cloud Brokerage, today released its 2015 "Icon Agent Program" providing significant public equity awards to agents who achieve high levels of production within their marketplace and who represent a good cultural fit for the brokerage.
The program, aimed at attracting and incentivizing top agents into eXp Realty, provides each qualified "Icon" with up to sixteen thousand dollars ($16,000) in publicly-traded eXp Realty International Corporation common stock upon the achievement of certain production goals within an agent's anniversary year. The Company's cap is presently set at $16,000. Through the program, Icons effectively earn up to their entire cap amount back in the form of public company investment.
"This program allows some of the most talented and entrepreneurial professionals in the industry and in their marketplaces, to build an ownership stake in EXPI in a very significant way," said President, Jason Gesing. "We believe that the most valuable asset of any brokerage is the agents who are part of it and at eXp Realty, our agents and brokers earn an increasing ownership stake in the organization simply by doing those things that agents are going to do anyway -- close transactions, contribute to growth, and achieve at high levels. The program has transaction, production and gross commission thresholds that are adjusted according to average transaction value in a particular Icon's market, and there is a vesting period attached to a portion of each award. Candidates for the program will be evaluated by a committee of existing eXp Realty Icons, ensuring that anyone admitted into the program fits into the Company's collaborative culture of ownership.
