Perhaps. If it becomes an issue for the 16 elections that would be great. I think one of the reasons it hasn't been moved off the list yet is because of the politics. No research allowed, it is more of a non issue because it can't be proven. So, which ever party suggest that they want research and willing to allow it will have a huge advantage. JMO of course. GLTA
