Here's my thoughts ... Yes, their somewhat random and reaching (?) but, like most (if not all) of you, I'm trying to figure out what the desired outcome is in all of this:
Audits in progress. Gaming Labs completed. Buy a shell. Place gaming labs in the shell. Give the "original owners" (shareholders of NTEK) their percentage as (pr'd) in the form of shares of the new entity. Announce the gaming lab audits and it's off and running. Read where a vendor would only proceed with an audited company. Now that hurdle is overcome and gaming labs can carry on without the weight of anything but its own merits.
Wasn't there also (at one time) something announced about an entity within NTEK known as Ultra Media Group? Will the plan be to do the same for it placing Ultraflix &/or 4k studios within such a shell?
Written in "reader's digest" form. Not sure you wanted a fricking book. Go ahead - shoot holes in it, add your own thoughts, etc. I'm certainly open to reading those as well.
