For the fourth quarter 2014, GLUU posted total non-GAAP revenue of $76.2 million (excluding changes in deferred revenue), a 78% increase year over year, Adjusted EBITDA of $14.1 million, a 127% increase compared to the same period the prior year, and non-GAAP net income of $12.2 million, or $0.11 per share, versus non-GAAP net income of $5.6 million, or $0.07 per share in the fourth quarter 2013, these results better than the Capital IQ Consensus Estimate of $0.02 earnings per share on revenues of $63.78 million for the period
For the full year 2014, GLUU posted total non-GAAP revenue of $241.8 million, which represents a 113% increase year over year and a four-year compounded annual growth rate of 37.9% since 2010.
GLUU said that it will partner with Katy Perry on the development of a new mobile game. Featuring Katy`s voice, likeness, and personality, the game will introduce players to a digital playground of global success and talent. GLUU expects to launch the game worldwide in late 2015 on iOS and Android.
