Math is way off. Nitwits think they're getting equ

The spinoff is just going to dilute our ownership of gaming labs by 50% or higher.
Right now, we collectively own all of gaming labs assets because collectively we own all the shares of ntek; 100%.
So now they are going to take our gaming labs assets, and put them in hvel.
There are 1.25 million shares of hvel right now.
There are 725 million shares of ntek right now.
Hvel has A.S. of 45 million shares.
Lets say we get 1 share of hvel for every 100 shares of ntek we own.
That adds 7.25 million shares to hvel, for a total of 8.5 million shares.
And instead of each share being worth say, 24 cents, they're now worth less than 3 cents. That's ok because you own equal value % of the assets ntek put there.
But.
Ntek said they will own a majority stake of hvel.
Dilute 100% or more to make that happen.
8.5 x 2 = 17 million shares, now your shares are worth less than 1.5 cents. And they can dilute nearly another 30 million shares, reducing your value of the assets from our current 100% ownership, to 50% with 18 million shares that have to be issued to give ntek 50% ownership, to about 20% if they issue all 45 million shares.
I realize that pointing out the facts that ntek has already announced, and applying them to reality makes me a basher by those pollyanna's who can't handle the truth, or maybe they get paid to suppress insurrection, but the fact is, ntek said they will own over 50%.
So, can someone tell me how reducing our 100% ownership of gaming labs to 50%, and possibly to only 20%, is a good thing?
They can get gaming to market without doing this.
The only reason to do it is to steal from us.
The math adds up.
