Regarding "ahead of the curve"--do you have any specifics? I seem to remember that someone from the yahoo board correctly called the HC inspection before it happened, could this be the same guy?

I had believed that the spin-off announcement would not take place unless they pretty much had the license in the bag, so this scenario makes some sense to me also.
